 I'd love to share a little about me and my journey with ketones and why they make me a better human!

 I am a wife and stay at home mom to 3, I first tried ketones in March 2020 - I have been drinking them ever since! I went from a low energy, low metaobolism, depressed and anxious mom, that ate her feelings daily, to actually feeling like doing the dishes and no more "mom-ing" from the couch!

 Ketones helped me get ME back and helped me actually have the focus and energy to be the mom my kids deserve.  They help with appetite suppressant, so that I can stop and make better choices to fuel my body and with better sleep, so I can wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day with these crazy kiddos! I drink them twice a day, every single day and I add in 1-2 packets of our advanced electrolytes (MitoPlex - I like the citrus ones) to keep hydrated on a cellular level (also for the added Vitamins, Potassium and Magnesium!)

 I also do a 24-Hour Fast weekly and a complete Reboot (60 Hour Fast) -Monthly for a metabolic reset and tune up for the body!
